Today I bought a plate of 4.5 pounds of boneless cross rib roast beef. Can anyone prepare me a simple and tasty on it? I have to give a casserole, so they bear the stove or oven, should be conducted. Also, do you usually with a sauce that? If so, how? Thank you!
