Wood Recycling Bins Small Towns And Recycling In Sask Canada?

Small towns and recycling in Sask Canada? - wood recycling bins

I live in a small village with 76 residents of Saskatchewan in Canada. Our next landfill closes the door and only the local residents to use. Landfill is the closest one-thirty. The reason we have no access to landfills, they close due to abuse and not our kind of garbage that it is very difficult to recycle. (eg, placement of refrigerators during the combustion of only wood products and paper)
I think our people must be educated, I would also like this little mountain town, more participation in recycling. However, the costs of container with recycly here are too high for our population.
I am looking for suggestions.
